The Helena office is hiring a HR Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to state director and VP’s, act as human resources liaison, and conduct designated trainings.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client and employee files (electronic and hard copy).
  • Manage office operations including supplies, purchase orders, phones, and front desk support.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, trainings, employee relations, and retention efforts.
  • Process employment paperwork including new hires, separations, and compliance documents.
  • Communicate staffing needs with management and Talent Acquisition.
  • Conduct safety drills, compliance reviews, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with reports, data entry, and unemployment claims as needed.
  • Ensure workplace safety standards are met and maintain regular attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
