Come join the Human Resources (HR) team at Utah State University as a part-time Office Assistant! This position works an average of 20 hours per week (typically 15–29 hours), Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), and provides essential administrative support to the HR office. The main job duties include supporting office filing processes, maintaining and organizing employee records, and covering the front desk during the HR Administrative Assistant’s lunches and days off, as needed. This requires answering and directing phone calls appropriately, and assisting walk-in customers. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing excellent customer service. As part of a fantastic, supportive team, you will interact with employees, candidates, and campus partners while gaining valuable experience in human resources and administrative operations.
