About The Position
As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at our manufacturing facility. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive people strategies that support business goals while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment. From talent acquisition to employee engagement, you’ll lead a full range of HR initiatives that make a meaningful impact—helping our teams grow, innovate, and thrive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR leadership experience, preferred in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, preferred experience with OR, WA and CA, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in manufacturing preferred
- Experience with OR, WA and CA employment laws preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic recruiting plans to ensure the site attracts and hires top talent
- Partner with plant leadership to anticipate staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
- Support goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Coach leaders on performance-related matters and employee development
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate impactful training programs
- Drive initiatives supporting career growth and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
- Continuously enhance HR processes and policies
- Administer benefit programs and support compensation strategies
- Champion wellness initiatives that promote employee well-being
- Maintain HR records and deliver data-driven insights through reporting
