We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on and detail-focused HR Manager to own day-to-day people operations and help build scalable HR processes as we continue to grow. As a fast-growing Series A tech company, we need someone who can move fluidly between tactical execution and process improvement. This role will oversee and/or support payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, HR systems, compensation programs, and performance management. Recruiting is primarily supported by an external partner, but this role will provide coordination and administrative oversight. The HR Manager reports to the VP of Finance and will work cross-functionally with leaders across Product, CX, GTM, and Operations.
