The HR Manager will oversee all Human Resources (HR) activities, collaborating with local leadership to ensure the effective delivery of processes and procedures. This role involves evaluating current and potential HR issues to deliver strategic responses, partnering with business leaders on workforce plans, and mediating employee relations issues. Key responsibilities include leading talent management, employee development training, performance reviews, and the annual compensation process. The HR Manager will also communicate benefit-related changes, manage Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) in collaboration with Compliance and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams for OFCCP audits, and measure performance using the HR scorecard. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the TA team on staffing strategies and hiring events. Other duties may be assigned.
