The Opportunity The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth management of core HR functions such as employee onboarding, employee communication, and benefits administration. This role is essential in developing and refining foundational HR processes that support the company's continued growth. As FIS expands, the HR Manager will play a key part in intentionally shaping the HR function. This includes establishing clear processes and fostering a strong, positive employee experience throughout the organization. What You’ll Focus On First Build and document a repeatable onboarding Create practical employee guides (time, expenses, benefits, etc.) Reduce inbound employee questions through better processes Own benefits administration, including health insurance Learn and stabilize a newly implemented construction HR/payroll system
