Our people team helps build a more durable Namati by bringing both structure and humanity to the experience of working here, and by ensuring legal compliance and adherence to our cultural principles in our day-to-day operations. Namati is seeking HR Manager candidates with a track record of approaching HR with expertise, precision, and heart who can grow and scale our HR function. The person in this role must deeply understand how experiences with HR shape our work lives – how they can set us up for success and help us access essential support, or create needless stress and frustration – and develop our US HR function to exemplify our values. You may be a good match if you earn trust by being both thoughtful and useful for your team: you follow through, ask questions without needing permission, and don’t shy away from the unglamorous parts of building and maintaining an effective HR function. This role expands our global People team, providing essential HR leadership for our US entity and partnering with the Director of People to support a strong, equitable HR approach across our global organization. You’ll join a team of five that covers the full people and HR function in specialized roles, and you’ll directly manage a Senior HR Officer.
