About The Position

Eaton’s Mobility Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager at the Westminster SC location. Relocation assistance provided to eligible candidates. The Human Resources Manager for Eaton’s manufacturing plant in Westminster will be responsible for all HR-related functions and requirements for the site. Supporting the Plant Manager, the Human Resources Manager will provide HR strategy and support to the manufacturing plant consisting of salaried and hourly employees across various organizational functions. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to expertise in the areas of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance and Talent Management, and Coaching. This role will have visibility and interaction with the Division Leadership Team and is a leader of people. The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. What you’ll do: Be a driving force in ensuring a strong and committed culture of learning, transparency, ethics, passion, accountability, and efficiency. Drive positive employee relations to provide an optimal work environment for all employees. Effectively deploy communication plans and utilize assessment tools (e.g. the employee survey) to determine organizational issues and action plans. Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including acquisition, assessment, performance management and employee development. Manage and develop employee compensation/reward and recognition programs, including benchmarking with Eaton and external marketplace. Support plant operations through planning headcount, manning levels, and recruitment. Introduce & implement HR policies & procedures, including performance management processes, in accordance with Eaton standards. Owner of HR metrics, responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing data. Provide leadership guidance and mentoring. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change Promote Safety & Continuous Improvement Culture. Understands and considers all applicable legal implications when making business decisions and protect the organization by ensuring compliance with all labor laws. Lead plant-wide training programs, ensuring workforce competency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with operational goals. Lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years of human resources experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading people in a managerial role
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Presentation and facilitation knowledge with skills in coaching, training, and developing employees
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with lean, six sigma, and/or continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial / Labor Relations or Psychology
  • Master’s degree
