About The Position
Seeking an HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support employees and leadership across the organization. The HR Manager will report to the CFO.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of California employment practices
- Bilingual in Korean and English

- Entertainment or media industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination
- Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws
- Partner with leadership on workforce and organizational needs
- Manage HR programs, documentation, and employee engagement
