The HR Manager manages all human resources activities, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and labor relations. He/She contributes to the alignment of HR strategy with corporate objectives, while ensuring legal compliance and employee well-being. Requirements
- 5 years' higher education in Human Resources or similar field.
- Significant experience in HR management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR tools.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in HR tools (payroll software, HRIS, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of employment law.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
