About The Position

TRIANA Biomedicines is a Greater Boston biotechnology company building the leading molecular glue discovery platform to regulate disease targets that are difficult to address with any other modality. TRIANA’s drug discovery engine is powered by high-resolution structural insights, state-of-the-art AI and computational tools, and bespoke chemical libraries. TRIANA’s target-first and rational approach to molecular glue discovery is currently focused on inducing or enhancing the degradation of high-profile cancer targets. TRIANA is a private company with a top-tier investor syndicate. The Role We're looking for an HR Manager who thrives on ownership, impact, and making things better. This role sits at the center of our HR function, responsible for the systems, processes, and relationships that keep hiring running smoothly, employees supported, and our company compliant as we grow. You'll work closely with our Director of HR, taking full operational ownership of core HR functions. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process across hiring managers, external recruiters, and candidates
  • Manage recruiting workflows, systems, and job postings to keep the pipeline running efficiently
  • Prepare, audit, and process payroll in partnership with Finance
  • Administer health benefits enrollment and renewals
  • Administer Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML), including eligibility tracking, payroll coordination, and compliance reporting
  • Serve as the primary liaison with our EOR provider, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination
  • Own the onboarding experience end to end — systems setup, checklists, and ensuring every new hire feels supported from day one
  • Execute engagement initiatives, coordinate surveys, and serve as a key employee touchpoint
  • Participate as a member of the Culture Alliance
  • Maintain employee documentation and records, and support day-to-day employee needs
  • Ensure operational compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for HR vendors, managing issue resolution, reporting requirements, and timeline coordination
