The HR Manager will oversee daily human resources operations, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and HR system management, with a focus on driving automation and AI-enabled improvements to the employee experience.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of HR experience
• Experience in employee relations, onboarding, or HR operations
• Knowledge of HR systems (HRIS platforms)
• Strong understanding of employment law and compliance basics
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience using AI tools for onboarding, employee communications, or HR reporting
• Ability to automate HR workflows and reduce administrative workload through technology

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle employee relations and HR support issues
• Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
• Administer benefits and HR systems
• Support policy implementation and updates
• Track HR metrics and workforce data
• Support employee communication and engagement processes
• Implement AI-driven onboarding and employee self-service tools
• Automate HR workflows (onboarding, tickets, documentation)
• Use AI for workforce analytics and reporting
• Identify opportunities to reduce administrative HR workload through automation
