About The Position

Requirements

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
