About The Position
This is a strategic and hands-on role overseeing all aspects of human resources for 5 warehouses/distribution centers. The HR Manager will report to the Director of HR and lead an HR team of two. The company is a growing logistics/distribution organization located in Laredo, TX, and relocation assistance is offered.
Requirements
- 4+ years of broad and deep HR experience
- HR experience in the logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, industrial, or similar industries
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
