The HR Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support for a manufacturing operation across two Ohio locations. Reporting to the HR Director and serving as a key member of the HR team, this role partners closely with onsite Plant Managers and business leaders to support workforce needs and ensure effective HR service delivery. Responsibilities include HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, immigration and visa administration, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance support, HRIS administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance. The HR Manager ensures consistent HR practices, accurate employee data, and compliance with applicable labor and regulatory requirements while supporting the operational goals of the business.
