About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our global people function across the U.S. and international markets. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a focus on building scalable HR systems, ensuring compliance, and driving a high-performance culture. We have plans to grow 50%+ in headcount. You will partner closely with leadership to align people strategy with business growth, delivery models, and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT services, consulting, or digital agencies
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and global employment laws and compliance
  • Experience supporting distributed global teams
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Own and manage end-to-end HR operations across the organization (U.S. & global)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and documentation aligned with legal requirements
  • Bring expertise in U.S. state-level tax and compliance regulations
  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and vendor management
  • Establish and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring plans aligned with revenue and delivery goals
  • Build and manage end-to-end recruiting processes (sourcing to offer management)
  • Optimize global hiring strategy (onshore/offshore mix, cost efficiency, skill alignment)
  • Track and report on hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements
  • Performance Management
  • Design and implement structured performance management systems (KRAs, reviews, promotions)
  • Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
  • Partner with leadership on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions
  • Support career pathing and leadership development initiatives
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Build and sustain a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and satisfaction surveys
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational health and team dynamics
  • Manage employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and fairness
  • Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics
  • Develop and manage compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks and business goals
  • Partner with finance to align compensation with utilization, margins, and profitability targets
  • Track and report on key HR and business metrics, including:
  • Attrition and retention rates
  • Utilization and capacity alignment
  • Revenue per employee
  • Employee engagement scores
  • Organizational Design & Scaling
  • Partner with leadership to design and evolve organizational structures (pods, centralized functions, etc.)
  • Build scalable HR frameworks to support growth from ~100 employees to the next phase
  • Collaborate with PMO and leadership to align workforce strategy with delivery model evolution
  • IT Oversight & Systems Governance
  • Provide oversight to the IT function in partnership with the IT Manager
  • Ensure smooth IT support for global teams, including onboarding/offboarding and access management
  • Oversee data security, access controls, and compliance with internal policies and regulations
  • Manage IT vendors and SaaS tools, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal utilization
  • Align HR systems with IT infrastructure to deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Support IT-related audits, data privacy, and compliance initiatives
