We're looking for an HR Lead to own the people & talent experience for Blueair North America (~50 people). Reporting directly to the Global Chief of Staff, you'll bring the strategic thinking of a seasoned HR leader while staying close to the day-to-day work that keeps our teams running. You'll serve as a credible thought-partner to our senior leaders on their organization design & team culture while also being in the weeds on operations, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance. This is a high visibility role that sits at the intersection of influence and execution. You'll build and refine the systems, processes, and programs that shape the employee experience from hire to retire while also developing the HR talent around you. We believe that we’re better together. Our team is hybrid and requires applicants to live commuting distance from our Chicago Loop location and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday.
