Requirements
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- Active enrollment at college/university
- Student completing their junior year working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field
- Excellent analytical ability and great attention to detail
- Highly familiar with project management principles. Comfortable with developing and executing a project plan.
- Ability and desire to manage change and own communication between stakeholders
- An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
- Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team
- Proficient MS Excel and intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills
Nice To Haves
- AI experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of key initiatives throughout the talent and performance processes
- Develop resources and benchmarking best practices
- Assist in the development and facilitation of learning and development programs
- Support key inclusion initiatives
Benefits
- The hourly rate for this position is $30 an hour.
