About The Position

The HR Internal Promotions Specialist is the operational engine behind our internal store promotions and career mobility pipeline. While this role supports our culture of internal growth, it is fundamentally a fast-paced, execution-heavy position requiring an individual who is highly organized, fiercely detail-oriented, and entirely self-managed. You will be responsible for learning complex, multi-step manual processes quickly and facilitating them with absolute accuracy. From auditing vendor invoices and administering relocation benefits to executing precise data entry within Workday, you will ensure that no details slip through the cracks. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives on managing high-volume workflows, mastering technical compliance, and providing exceptional, clear communication to managers and employees alike.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skills and professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-volume administrative tasks, data entry, or program coordination (experience within HR or recruiting pipelines is a strong plus).
  • Strong working knowledge of common office software, specifically Google Sheets/Docs/Slides or MS Excel/Word.
  • Prior experience executing transactional workflows within an HRIS (Workday preferred).
  • A proven ability to memorize complex, multi-step administrative processes quickly and execute them flawlessly under tight deadlines.
  • A natural focus on data integrity; someone who inherently "sweats the small stuff" and double-checks their own work.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and manage a heavy workload without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and build strong working relationships with hiring managers.

Nice To Haves

  • Distribute promotion program announcements and internal communications, ensuring all materials meet the highest standard of clarity and professionalism.
  • Act as the highly responsive, go-to resource for applicants and hiring managers, answering complex questions regarding the promotion process and relocation benefits.
