About The Position

The HR Intern will assist with various projects including data entry, filing, compiling of data, and other tasks that may contribute to the internal workings of the organization. This role involves supporting staff with various administrative tasks, collaborating with teammates to expand knowledge of the company and aid the learning process, completing specific projects related to analysis and planning, and performing other duties as assigned. The internship is a regular, full-time position with a 1st shift work schedule and requires English fluency.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and details
  • Ability to operate a Computer, calculator, multi-line phone, fax machine, copier, and other office equipment
  • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Assists staff with various tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and compiling of data.
  • Works with various teammates to expand knowledge of company and aid the learning process.
  • Complete specific projects related to analysis and planning.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
