WORK SHIFT DAY (United States of America) SUMMARY OF DUTIES Provides advanced administrative and technical support for various areas of HR functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION PERFORMED Provides advanced administrative and technical support for various areas of HR functions to include benefits, compensation, employment, safety, etc. Prepares materials needed by HR managers for conferences, correspondence, appointments, and meetings. Creates and prepares reports from the HR database. Assists the Benefit Specialist with new hire benefit paperwork, filing, and billing. Assists Employment Manager with new hire paperwork and employee evaluation process. Assists Compensation Manager with job description/training review program and 90-day new hire evaluations. Performs other related duties and tasks as required. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS Lifting -- Not to exceed 50 lbs. – local practice may apply. Writing Sitting Standing Bending Vision Color perception Depth perception Reading Field of vision/peripheral Fine motor skills SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Educational experience equivalent to a High School Diploma with five years previous administrative experience. Administrative HR experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with others. Requirements

  • Educational experience equivalent to a High School Diploma with five years previous administrative experience.
