About The Position

HouseSmart Construction HR Intern The HR Intern will provide support with a wide range of processes and projects for the HouseSmart Construction division, specifically providing support to the Orientation Program. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance.

Effective computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Canva, and Web Browsing
Pursuant of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development of an orientation program.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help draft and distribute company announcements and internal communications.
Assist in preparing HR documents and reports.
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
