About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day operations and employee-related initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in core HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and records management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and interested in building a career in human resources.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Interest in human resources and employee relations

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and employee files
  • Support the maintenance and organization of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries and directing questions appropriately
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Help track employee attendance, time-off requests, and related documentation
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation and audits
