About The Position

The Human Resources Intern will assist the team with a wide range of projects related to recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, compensation, and L/D. This internship will start in early September.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree (Junior/Senior) or higher majoring in HR, Labor Relations, Business or other related field
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Proficient PC Skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate successfully with all levels of employees and management.
• Proficient verbal and written skills
• Proactive and demonstrates initiative
• Must have valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in to HR management
• Research, compile and analyze data for special personnel projects and reports
• Learn the process and tools for managing employee performance and development
• Assist in the research and the updating or creating of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the creation and updating for records in workday to include; creating job profiles, requisitions, org profiles, employee changes
• Participate in working groups including but not limited engagement, welfare insurance, and others.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to learn, improve processes, and contribute to HR projects beyond assigned tasks
