The HR Intern performs all basic office and administrative tasks to support the Recruiting and Onboarding team. Employee shall perform all duties and responsibilities with Sunland's Core Values at the forefront. Must be an advocate of safety and follow safety policies and procedures. Performs a wide range of administrative and clerical duties relative to the maintenance and processing of records, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents which could include data entry, filing, copying, operating business machines, data base maintenance, applicant tracking database, etc. Provides clerical and operational support to HR Division. Assists with meeting arrangements, assist with coordinating activities and events, etc. Assists Recruiters and Onboarding Specialists with Job Postings, File Management and Data entry. Holds self-accountable for accomplishing assigned tasks, teamwork, and meeting productivity, quality, and accuracy standards. Fosters favorable working relationships with all other company employees to maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency. Maintains confidentiality of personnel records, files, and information. Any, and all other duties assigned.
