Overview We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Summer Intern for a 10-week (Monday-Friday 24–40 hours per week) internship designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. The intern will support projects across the HR team while gaining exposure to areas such as Employee Experience and Well-Being Key Responsibilities • Assist HR team members with projects and day-to-day initiatives across HR functions. • Help with HR program research, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. • Contribute to employee engagement, well-being and culture-related projects. Example of special projects: Support the development of wellness initiatives, such as, employees returning from maternity leave, including research and recommendations for lactation rooms, workplace resources, and support programs across campuses. Another example, Code Lavender. Position Summary: As an HR Intern at Hebrew SeniorLife, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of processes and contribute to the overall success of the department.
