Skanska USA Building, Inc. (Skanska) is looking for a Human Resources Intern this Summer/Fall 2025 This is a temporary part-time position that will be based out of our downtown Tampa office location (400 N. Ashely Dr, Suite 400, Tampa FL, 33602). The HR Intern will report to the FL HR Business Partner (Fredrik Ronning) and will be supervised by HR Manager (Pascal Wilson). The preferred schedule for this position will be two days per week (8 hours per day) for a total of 16 hours per week, with flexibility on selecting those two days. The HR Intern will assist primarily with: Recruitment for entry and mid level roles, including vetting resumes and screening interviews Data entry, inclusive of forms, new hire paperwork & exit documentation Other miscellaneous transactional HR work Specific projects deliveries: Shape and organize a new folder structure that rests on the pillar of HR for FL and other support states. Clean up, and archive old documents. Update files to our Skanska Employee Center that are currently kept on local drives. Organize, audit, and mantain our I-9 files Other: Job-shadow Fredrik/Pascal during project visits, and take part of the job tours in order to learn about the industry Build relationships with stakeholders in the office General computer proficiency with preferred knowledge of Microsoft suite of products Education and experience: Bachelors Degree in progress with a preferred focus in Human Resources or similar Our Investment in our fulltime, permenant team members: We believe that Benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
