The Program Par Health offers an 11-week internship program designed to provide an immersive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Par Health Intern, you’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study. This program allows you to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world corporate setting while building valuable connections through networking opportunities across the organization. Summary of Position The HR Intern is a temporary position within the HR department responsible for performing various administrative tasks and daily activities in support of the department. We are seeking an enthusiastic HR intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. As an HR intern, your attention to detail and organization skills will be utilized in assisting with various HR-related activities, and your problem-solving skills will be leveraged. We are seeking candidates who exhibit great communication skills, time-management, and leadership capabilities. This role provides an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience and insights into HR operations. This internship prepares the next generation of HR professionals for success through skill development, networking opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to various HR business departments.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in bachelor’s degree program related to Human Resources, Organizational Design, and or Business Administration.
  • Experience with MS Office, etc.
  • Motivated self-starter, operates independently, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, etc.
  • Relationship with Others/Scope of Position Interact with other team members and cross functionally as needed

Responsibilities

  • Work on project related activities, such as Onboarding and Offboarding and Talent Management processes.
  • Assist with process mapping and process improvements (pre-hire, onboarding, employee lifecycle management).
  • Support integration activities related to current and new HR processes.
  • Conduct data reviews and audits of HR system data to ensure completeness of documentation.
  • Identify gaps and assist HR staff with making corrections where necessary.
  • Perform data analytics around recruiting and retention.
