This internship provides hands-on experience across various HR functions, including benefits administration, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations. Project Scope Gain comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR operations. Assist with benefit audits and reports. Draft and send benefits-related communications and reminders to employees. Assist with research and projects to improve HR and participate in creating templates, guides and tools for employees. Digitize and organize HR documentation for improved accessibility and compliance. Develop professional skills across multiple HR disciplines, including recruiting and onboarding.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
