HR GENERALIST
About The Position
Human Resources Generalist Full-time Michiana Behavioral Health is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment that helps patients restore their health and get a fresh start. Located in Plymouth, Indiana, in a rejuvenating wooded setting, Michiana Behavioral Health provides each patient with comprehensive behavioral health treatment from compassionate and caring staff. Our leadership is committed to making sure every patient in our care receives high-quality care that gets them back on track at school, work, and home. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing professional level support to the HR Director, related to facility and department goals and objectives. This position assists in multiple areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies, and performance management. This role also assists with departmental compliance with facility, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in related field highly preferred or must have three years of experience.
- Previous HR experience required.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local HR/employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
