About The Position
5C Data Centers is seeking a passionate HR Generalist to join their Human Resources team in Springfield, OH. This role is an on-site position supporting the Springfield data center, acting as a trusted partner for leaders, managing daily HR operations, employee relations, and talent acquisition. The HR Generalist will report directly to the HR Manager and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth by attracting and onboarding talent. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent HR experience)
- 3–5 years as an HR Generalist
- Experience in employee relations and recruiting as core strengths
- Experience in operational, industrial, or technical environments
- Working knowledge of OSHA and safety-driven workplaces preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and consultative coaching to leaders and employees, aligning decisions with company policy, business goals, and operational needs.
- Support full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, from screening through offer and onboarding, and build the talent pipeline.
- Support employee relations, manage onboarding processes, and lead recognition and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with site leadership on health, safety, and compliance efforts, including OSHA training, certifications, and incident reporting.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and evolving initiatives that support the broader business.
