Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience — including a minimum of 4 years focused specifically on employee relations.
  • 3+ years in progressive, international/global HR practice — you've genuinely worked across borders, not just adjacent to them.
  • Oversee multi-state employee relations issues, conducting investigations and enforcing consistent, compliant disciplinary actions across all jurisdictions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Track record designing and delivering training programs, with real comfort presenting to groups.
  • Solid grasp of US labor law (FLSA, OSHA, FMLA); multi-state experience (CA, TN, CO, OR) preferred.
  • International HR compliance experience is preferred — you know how HR looks different outside the US and can navigate it.
  • Experience managing an HRIS.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort holding confidentiality.
  • Self-directed, fast-paced, and able to prioritize with urgency when deadlines demand it.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
