HR Generalist
About The Position
We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist ready to be the on-site support for our Springfield data center. You'll be a trusted partner for leaders, support daily HR operations, employee relations, and the driving force behind attracting and onboarding the talent that keeps our site running strong. You'll report directly to the HR Manager, partnering closely on employee relations and recruiting strategy for the site. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Springfield, OH. This person will share our company values and play an important role in supporting our continued growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent HR experience)
- 3–5 years as an HR Generalist
- Ideally with employee relations and recruiting as core strengths.
- Experience in operational, industrial, or technical environments
- Working knowledge of OSHA and safety-driven workplaces experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and consultative coaching to leaders and employees, helping align decisions with company policy, business goals, and operational needs.
- Support full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, from screening through offer and onboarding, and build the pipeline that keeps Springfield staffed with great people.
- Support employee relations, onboarding that makes new hires feel welcomed, and lead recognition and engagement initiatives that keep culture strong.
- Partner with site leadership on health, safety, and compliance efforts, including OSHA training, certifications, and incident reporting.
- Jump into cross-functional projects and evolving initiatives that support the broader business.
