The HR Generalist combines traditional human resources responsibilities with advanced expertise in HR systems to support a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role supports core HR functions—including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance—while leading HRIS administration, data management, reporting, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. In addition, the HR Generalist supports plant and organizational initiatives, helping to standardize processes and transfer best practices across departments and shifts. As an integral member of the HR team, this role partners closely with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to drive workforce effectiveness, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and contribute to overall organizational success through strong collaboration, communication, and coordination.
