About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of Human Resources experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in HR

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS processes
Answer employee and manager questions regarding HR policies and programs
Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes
Coordinate background checks and employment verifications
Help administer employee recognition and engagement initiatives
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Support a variety of HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
