About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team and play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions. This position involves a comprehensive range of HR activities aimed at fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interact positively and efficiently with HR team, employees, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in handling confidential information and building trust across all levels.
  • Experience with HR information systems, including HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Exceptional skills and working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience transitioning from a recruiter to an HR Generalist is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee orientations and ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and act as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR practices align with legal requirements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends for continuous improvement.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles.
  • Utilize HR software and tools to analyze workforce data and provide strategic insights.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall satisfaction.
  • Track and report key HR metrics such as turnover rates and time-to-fill.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR best practices and compliance matters.
