The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting daily human resources operations by fostering a safe, compliant, and employee-focused workplace. This role partners closely with employees, supervisors, and leadership to provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring alignment with Schnellecke Logistics’ values and operational standards. This position supports a multi-shift logistics operation and serves as a liaison between local HR, corporate HR, payroll, and operations to ensure consistent communication, accurate data management, and timely resolution of employee matters.
