About The Position

Complex Claims Recovery (CCR) is a newly independent insurance claims management platform that provides solutions to close claims as provider of revenue cycle management solutions. CCR will specialize in recovering motor vehicle accident, workers' compensation, and other complex claims to maximize recovered revenue for providers. Position Overview: The HR Generalist recruits, interviews, hires, and provides training and development services. Oversees the new hire orientation process, the assignment and completion of regulatory and compliance training, and the completion of constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles progressive counseling and discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. These functions include hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of (3) years of H/R generalist experience required.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and Training Required: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly Motivated, with superior people skills.

Responsibilities

  • Performs onboarding processes for new hires, to include regulatory screenings, collection of all necessary documentation for electronic personnel files.
  • Provides support and guidance to business unit management when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, to include interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Works closely with business unit managers to build a healthy work culture, improve work relationships, budget and schedule employee morale initiatives designed to increase productivity and retention.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
