About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time position and is responsible for full cycle recruiting (including sourcing candidates through various channels), employee engagement, coordinating and facilitating new hire orientation, employment onboarding, records management and data integrity, tracking employee in-services, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, the HR Generalist will be responsible for the HealthStream training system (assigning annual training modules to existing & new hire employees). Responsibilities include working in a team environment, providing administrative support to the Executive committees and administrative meetings, preparing and maintaining employee files, managing clearances/licensure renewal and employee trainings and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with three to five years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Full cycle recruiter experience, including on-boarding new employees preferred, healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Experience mediating employee concerns and exercising sound professional judgment to make recommendations in the best interest of the facility and its employees required.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission and other federal, state and local laws and regulations that govern healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required. Must possess superb problem solving and multi tasking skills with effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have the skill set to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Excellent computer skills required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications.
  • 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves
