About The Position

Agrana Fruit is the world market leader and leading ingredient supplier of fruit preparations in one of the fastest growing segments in the food industry. We specialize in the custom development of stabilized fruit preparations for the refrigerated & frozen dairy, bakery, and food service industries. Every 3rd cup of yogurt worldwide contains fruit from Agrana! The Human Resources Generalist partners with managers and employees at various levels to provide HR support and solutions for four manufacturing sites as well as our Corporate headquarters. Specific areas of influence include talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation/salary administration, training and development, compliance, and special projects. Interfaces with plant and department management in assuring the delivery of all Human Resources initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors in HR, Business Admin, Behavioral Sciences, Org Development.
• 5-7 years' progressive experience.
• Prior experience working in Plant HR or other applicable HR role in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience must include recruiting, ER, performance management, and training and development.
• Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, ATS).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong presentation and people skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees.

Nice To Haves

• PHR Certification.
• Knowledge and application of current HR trends, best practices, and compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Consult/coach managers as they handle performance issues and talent development needs.
• Management of Employee Relations issues, conduct investigations and recommend solutions.
• Support HR leadership team – HR research, project support, reporting/analytics, and champion HR initiatives.
• HR orientation and facilitate other HR and Company training sessions as needed.
• Full lifecycle recruiting support. Will partner with the RPO recruiting team to guide selection process within assigned areas.
