Requirements

  • At least 1 year of related HR experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and ensure compliance with FMLA, EEOC, ADA, and other applicable laws.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS.
  • Provide employee counseling on work‑related and personal matters as needed.
  • Handle routine HR inquiries and manage them through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy and process guidance, escalating to COEs when appropriate.
  • Conduct investigations as needed.
  • Identify issues related to product, process, or quality systems.
  • Recommend solutions through established channels and verify implementation.
  • Participate in the hiring process, including interviewing, coordinating background checks, and contributing to hiring decisions.
  • Conduct HR transactions such as orientation, leaves of absence, and exit meetings.
  • Maintain a positive departmental image with all employees.
  • Support and implement positive employee relations programs.
  • Coordinate plant welfare activities such as events, outings, and celebrations.
  • Serve as a technical adviser to employee involvement teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships within the community.
  • Conduct the annual wage and benefit survey, analyze results, and submit recommendations.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare HR scorecards, dashboards, and visual reports.
  • Perform root‑cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist with developing and delivering training programs.
  • Continue building HR expertise through seminars, courses, and professional development opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in HR service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for procedures, workflows, and reports.
  • Support departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
  • Support Affirmative Action requirements.
  • Develop and implement special projects to enhance the work environment.
  • Hold the authority and responsibility to stop the production line if a safety or quality issue arises.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
