About The Position

This role will support and drive human resources People initiatives in the Smyrna, TN client Plant. The HR Generalist will assist with recruiting key talent, new hire on-boarding, and Learning & Development initiatives. They will help drive employee engagement through participation and support of cross-functional plant teams, including One Voice and Diversity and Inclusion. This position will serve as a key resource for employees needing Human Resources support and will assist the Human Resources Manager with daily HR-related tasks, including internal and external recruitment, career fairs, and employee event engagement.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with others within a career in Human Resources.
• A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or a related field of study.
• Experience or interest in Project Management
