About The Position

PCI is seeking an HR Generalist who is approachable, organized, and confident supporting both employees and leaders. This HR Generalist role is a great opportunity to influence culture, support day-to-day operations, and partner closely with leadership in an evolving company. The ideal candidate is someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a people-focused role.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Southern NV with a reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in office requirements.
  • 5 or more years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, EEOC, etc.).
  • Experience in benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives and employee relations.
  • Experience with HR systems, UKG preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and active insurance for occasional work-related travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Post secondary education in a business-related field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary People Operations contact for Las Vegas employees and leaders.
  • Act as the primary benefits contact, assisting with enrollments, life events, and open enrollment processes.
  • Lead engagement efforts and office activities.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including Day 1 orientation and system administration.
  • Support employee relations matters by gathering facts, assessing situations, and partnering with leadership and People Operations to resolve concerns.
  • Serve as liaison for leaves of absence and accommodations, ensuring compliance and communication.
