HR Generalist, Recruiting

Sharing Excess•Philadelphia, PA
•$60,000 - $75,000•Remote

About The Position

The HR Generalist, Recruiting owns hiring at Sharing Excess. You will run full-cycle recruitment across every hub and department, from warehouse and driver roles to program leadership, and make sure every candidate experiences our values from first contact to first day. Recruiting is roughly 70% of this role. The other 30% is generalist work: you are a trained backup on core HR operations and step in when the team needs coverage, including onboarding, employee questions, HRIS updates, and compliance tasks. This is a role for a recruiter who wants to grow as an HR generalist, or a generalist who loves the hiring side of the work. You will be part of a small, hands-on HR team led by the HR Manager and will partner closely with the Senior HR Generalist, Compliance & Payroll so hiring and onboarding hand off cleanly.
