Responsible for providing support in the functional areas of compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, equal employment opportunity (EEO), employee development, and related areas. Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations. This position shall be performed under the day-to-day direction, control, and supervision of WTCC MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS Responsible for creating positions and requisitions for posting, and screening to find the most qualified candidates for various positions. Manage full cycle recruiting process for all applicants ensuring a smooth and positive experience Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team goals Drive offer process - including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates Assist in facilitating new employee onboarding Under limited supervision, performs professional level support activities in one or more functional areas of human resources. Performs work that is varied, may be somewhat difficult in character, and requires discretion and independent judgment. Research, analyzes data, and prepares recommendations on assigned projects. Provides assistance to line management and employees. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures. Prepares reports in conformance with legal requirements or organization needs.
