Success in this role depends on credibility, adaptability, and the ability to influence effectively across a diverse stakeholder group. The People Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for People Managers and is part of the People Services team. The role provides proactive support across the Americas Region, with specialist expertise in at least one of the following markets: US, Latin America, Canada or Brazil, and partners with local HR leaders to advance business priorities and deliver on the People Strategy and deliver a superior employee experience.
