About The Position

As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for an Aramark Student Nutrition account. This position is also responsible for providing management and administration of several imperative HR processes including but not limited to hourly recruitment, payroll and onsite employee relations support. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Requirements

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
  • Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development preferred .
  • Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
  • Ability to train and present to management and staff

  • Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Must take initiative to improve processes as needed

Responsibilities

  • Issue resolution, including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigation and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretation
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives - Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, celebration activities point of contact/coordinator
  • Talent Acquisition - recruit and make hiring decision for hourly food service positions at account
  • Payroll processor for the Aramark employees at account and Benefits assistance as needed
  • On-boarding programs and initiatives to support hourly new hires
