EAH is seeking a people-focused HR Generalist – Employee Relations to serve as a key resource for employee relations across the organization. This role ensures positive, compliant, and consistent employee experience by partnering with employees, managers, and HR leadership to address workplace concerns, performance issues, and policy interpretation. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager of EAH, the HR Generalist will play a critical role in: • Maintaining strong employee relationships and promoting fair, consistent practices. • Supporting managers in navigating employee-related matters. • Driving training and development initiatives to enhance manager capability and foster engagement across the organization.
