SUMMARY OF POSITION The Employee Relations Representative serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues and supports the HR team. This role is responsible for investigating workplace concerns, advising managers and employees on HR policies, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company practices. The Employee Relations Representative works collaboratively across departments to promote employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risk while aligning with organizational values and objectives.
