We’re looking for a People & Culture Generalist / Housing Coordinator to support our resort team members while overseeing day-to-day employee housing operations. This role blends HR generalist responsibilities with housing coordination to ensure our team members feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success—both at work and at home. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and able to balance HR sensitivity with the operational needs of our employee housing community. This individual will assist the People & Culture team with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration while coordinating employee housing operations.
